Verify a Document

How it works

1. Each issued document carries a QR code and a reference number in its footer.
2. Scanning the code, or entering the reference number manually, looks up the record.
3. A match confirms document type, issuance date, and signatory.
4. No match, or a mismatch, means the document did not come from this practice as presented.
